How to choose the correct size for DellaLo’?
We want you to feel confident in your fit! Before you order, take a look at our size chart on all clothing product pages, just next to the "Size" button. You can also check it in the Size Guide .
Please, remember that the lace fit is a bit tight, so if you are not used to this type of fabric, we recommend that you buy a size up.

How can I return my DellaLo’?
To return a defective item please, send us an email so we can double-check and suggest you the right way to solve the issue. After that, we ask you to ship the item back to Dellalò Srl - Via Garian, 42 - 20146 Milan, Italy. You can use the courier you prefer for it.
We ask you to ship the item in its original condition with the original packaging and with the original hang tag attached.
Once the item is received, we’ll process the refund or we’ll ship a new garment.
If you are not happy with your product you can return it to us within 30 days of receiving your order, in this case, the refund will be partial since shipping costs and possible customs duties will be on you. Please, write us an email and we’ll guide you!

Where can I buy DellaLo’ leotards?
DellaLo’ products are available online at our official website and also from our official retailers. We invite you to head to DellaLo' Around the World on our website to find an authorized shop near you.

How can I wash my DellaLo’?
We recommend handwashing the garments in cold water, with a mild detergent. Please do not put them to soak in water for long! Don't iron your DellaLo' leotards and skirt, as they don't need it.

How long does it take to receive my new DellaLo’?
The lead time for Ready to wear items is 15 working days (3 weeks on the calendar) while for Custom-Made items the waiting time is 60-90 days.

How can I track my shipment?
Once the package has been shipped you receive an automated email with the tracking code.

What does it mean Ready to wear?
Ready to Wear items are leotards included in our collections and not Custom Made or Taylor Made. They’re literally ready to wear since we always wash our garments before packing and shipping them so you can wear them immediately for your class as soon as you get them!

How many leotards should a dancer have?
You should consider having a clean leotard for every day you have lessons in your schedule so at least two or three leotards - one to wear, one in the wash, and a spare.
