⏳ The lead time for Custom Made garments is 60-90 days from the order confirmation and payment.

⚠️ As each custom-made garment is crafted exclusively for you, it is considered a final sale and therefore not eligible for return or refund.

Each custom creation is subject to fabric availability. Should your chosen fabric be nearing completion, our Customer Care team will reach out to personally assist you, offering refined alternatives in color or material to ensure your garment retains the exclusivity and elegance of a true DellaLo’ piece.
