DellaLo’ Milano – Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 30 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please complete and submit the form below before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Upon receipt of your request, we will promptly send you a confirmation of receipt by email.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to applicable consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal shall not apply to:
- Goods made to the consumer's specifications;
- Clearly personalized products;
- Products manufactured through DellaLo’ Milano's Custom Made or Tailor Made services;
- Products specifically modified or produced at the customer's request.
Such products are non-returnable and non-refundable except in cases of manufacturing defects or lack of conformity covered by applicable warranty rights.
